bouncing back..

Slowly we’re getting over COVID - this time the fatigue has been incredibly hard to shake. And to be honest, we’re still moving a bit slow.

However; there is much to do, so as Winston Churchill said:

So true!

Soon I’ll fill you in on what I’ve been up to (which truly, only involves going from the garden to the kitchen, and then trying to clean up the mess that results when going from the garden to the kitchen!)

Hope all is well where you are and that you’re enjoying the welcome change of seasons. The September MaryJane’s Farm Post is now up if you’d like to swing by and read it - below is the link.

Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Hello, my friend. I am sorry to hear you have been sick. I have been the worst blog friend ever, but please know I am thinking of you and praying you are feeling yourself soon. I know that fatigue. It is hard to shake indeed. My Mom always said to listen to your body, so rest when you need to, ok? Happy fall!!!!

    1. Never the “worst blog friend!” The days get busy and fly by! And your mom was absolutely right - wonderful advice.

  6. Glad to hear you are getting past covid.
The dip I use full fat name brand ricotta. In a container. The store brands tend to be mealy? Or not quite as smooth. And full fat is really important. Hope that helps
