and baked up beautifully.

Because I didn't have oat groats or amaranth, I tossed in pepitas, oats, and 
sunflower kernels...not a problem; it came out great.

Janice, you're welcome! I have to say I'm not crazy about the taste of whole wheat bread, but with a mixture of whole wheat and white flours in the recipe, it was really good.
