of an unfitted kitchen!
My daughter and I brought this home today - and so the dream begins. Oh, it won’t be for months and months, but it will fill me with happy thoughts all winter long.
I’ll clean her up and tuck her in a corner for now. Hands on hips, standing back, I’m beaming - I LOVE beadboard. Well ladies - you’re the experts - any thoughts on its age? (OLD please, fingers crossed!)
The light blue one (I mentioned in an older post) is still in the shop. I took a closer look, and there’s evidence that it’s been repainted many times. Hmmm - if she comes home with me, perhaps I’ll just give her a good cleaning and a little coat of watered-down milk paint…hmmm.
Anyway, happy weekend friends…and Robin, as requested!
She is lovely nothing like an old cupboard to make me happy.

She's a beauty!!!!! Oh the things that lovely piece of furniture could say if it could talk. I love thinking about the people that used it day after day. She has found a wonderful home with you, my dear friend!
