It is a good time for preserving all of summers bounty! Here at different vending shows there is a wonderful selection of jellies, relishes , and canned goods!
It’s definitely winding up season – and the fall festivals are the best for finding those special goodies! I saw one the other day that was called FROG jam, so of course I had to get it. Not what we’d think, it’s a combination of Fig, Raspberry , Orange, and Ginger!
