counting one egg for every chicken...whew, no roosters here!

    My favorite new thing w/eggs is baked eggs in ramikins. We've been eating that for breakfast as my dh told me he was tired of green smoothies. Humph, how can you get tired of green smoothies? LOL

  5. I make individual souffles in ramekins. Usually 4 individual ones at a time. They reheat wonderfully the next day - aluminum foil over the top, reheat in a slow oven for 20-30 mins. Deelish!

    Check out the Community Chickens website - I remember someone did a post once about all the ways to use up eggs!
